Royal British Columbia Museum | Royal Ontario Museum | Museum of Civilization | Glen Bow Museum

The Royal British Columbia Museum is located in the Heart of the capital city of British Columbia, Victoria. This is one of the outstanding museums of western Canada and represents many stages of the history of the West Coast from the era of Woolly Mammoths, to today's coastal ecosystems, and from early aboriginal worlds to Captain Cooks sailing vessel to an early pioneer town.

The museum also features an Imax theatre and the British Columbia Government archives are also located with the museum.

The aboriginal content in the museum is impressive and the special exhibits that the Museum hosts are usually not to be missed. on the North side of the building an extensive collection of west coast totem poles are exhibited which represent many of the different native nations that are a part of British Columbia.
