They make the big decisions concerning the future of the
country, the path Canada takes and the values of it's
citizens. Although these views may sometimes be in stark
contrast, this is often the result of competing groups,
philosophies or believes within the context of Canada.
These documents offer an interesting example of these
different opinions in the country and the leadership of
